Key Responsibilities:

3. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects efficiently.
4. Improve processes, coordinate testing, and ensure solution quality.
5. Deliver training and ongoing support to end users.
6. Manage vendor relationships, compliance, and risk.
7. Lead change management efforts and support the adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science.
2. Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Skills and Experience:

1. Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
2. Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Hadoop, or Spark.
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
4. Experience in ETL processes, database management, and data visualization.
