Job description
Our client is a leading investment company in the UAE, seeking a skilled Project Manager Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join their team.
In this role, your responsibilities are:
- Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
- Creating and updating project plans, considering resource allocation and budget constraints
- Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met
- Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits
- Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement
- Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
- Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project
- Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way
- Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients
- Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction
