Project Manager Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaker)

Our client is a leading investment company in the UAE, seeking a skilled Project Manager Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join their team.

In this role, your responsibilities are:

1. Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications
2. Developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and milestones
3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
4. Creating and updating project plans, considering resource allocation and budget constraints
5. Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met
6. Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits
7. Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement
8. Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
9. Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project
10. Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way
11. Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients
12. Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction
