Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Business Development Department. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects aimed at driving business growth, expanding market reach, and strengthening client relationships. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Development and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all tasks across the business development department.
Ensure communication with partners is timely.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead and manage projects within the business development department, from inception to completion.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing, tech, finance, and legal teams on key pipeline and execution requirements.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, performance, and outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and obstacles that may impact project success.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM systems, project management software, and data analytics tools is a plus.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not required.
