Project Manager – Architecture

The Role

Working as a Project Manager within our Design Division in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams through the design process from inception through completion. A thorough knowledge of the design and construction process, together with astute business acumen will be required to ensure that client goals are met within KEO standards and project delivery guidelines.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

1. Preparing and managing large, complex and high profile projects and contracts.
2. Setting and meeting project delivery plans with respect to staffing, schedules and budgets.
3. Project fiscal management.
4. Understanding, identifying and assessing project risk.
5. Implementing and maintaining project standards and quality control procedures for each of the technical areas required to complete the job.
6. Managing the performance of the project team to achieve high standards of design and documentation.
7. Preparing proposals and assisting in presentations for potential projects.
8. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline from an accredited institution. A minimum of 10 years of related post-graduate experience in project management along with membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA or AIA. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy Firm and within the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
