Project Oversight: Oversee and manage multiple high-priority projects across departments and divisions, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the top management's strategic objectives.
Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the SG, senior management, and project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
Guidance & Support: Provide guidance and support to departmental project leads, helping them to navigate challenges and ensure projects are progressing in alignment with top management expectations.
Business-Formatted Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and summaries for top management, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and presented in a professional business format.
Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, escalating any issues that could impact project success.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all projects are aligned with strategic goals and top management's needs, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization.
Resource Coordination: Ensure that resources (human, financial, and technical) are appropriately allocated across projects, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and that outcomes are consistent with top management expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and recommendations to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure future projects are executed even more efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects at a senior level.
• Strong experience working with senior leadership and understanding their needs and priorities.
• Expertise in business report writing and presentation skills.
