Lead and manage the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects.

Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies.

Ensure project objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with different departments to align project goals and deliverables.

Oversee risk management to minimize project risks.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Essential Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role in project management.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in project management software tools.
