About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Villa Construction to join a leading developer in Dubai on a secondment basis. This role requires hands-on management of villa construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, consultants, and developers while driving progress, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of villa construction projects, from inception to handover.
• Proactively manage and follow up with building contractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process.
• Act as the primary interface between developers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.
• Maintain a strong site presence, closely monitoring progress and addressing any delays or challenges swiftly.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project remains on track in terms of cost, time, and quality.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in villa construction within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local regulations and construction methodologies.
• A hands-on, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• A strong construction character, capable of chasing and following up with contractors to maintain momentum and efficiency.
• Solid problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset in addressing challenges.
