Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager (Digital Products)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duration: 12 months extendable (Long Term on Marc Ellis’ Payroll)

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   1. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resources required for successful project delivery.
   2. Execute end-to-end project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
   3. Oversee multiple digital banking product implementations within the UAE/GCC region.
2. Stakeholder Management:
   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and design, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
   2. Engage with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing regular updates on project progress.
3. Security Integration:
   1. Implement and oversee security protocols and measures throughout the project lifecycle.
   2. Work closely with the security team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Risk Management:
   1. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation plans.
   2. Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.
5. Quality Assurance:
   1. Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital banking products.
   2. Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate that security measures are effective.
6. Budget Management:
   1. Monitor project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are utilized efficiently.
   2. Provide regular financial reports to senior management.
7. Documentation:
   1. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
   2. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Project Management).
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking sector (Digital Products).
3. Extensive experience managing projects within the UAE/GCC region.
4. Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices in digital banking.
5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
