Project Manager

Manage and oversee construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.

Lead project teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and track project performance to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and contractors to address project needs and concerns.

Conduct risk assessments and manage any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Review and approve project designs, contracts, and specifications.

Oversee project procurement, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction quality, safety, and progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

5 to 10 years of experience in managing construction projects in the UAE.

Extensive experience with UAE construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes.

Expertise in handling high-rise, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
