Are you a dynamic and motivated Project Manager seeking a new challenge? Look no further! Join the RA team in West Saraha and play a pivotal role in driving success and innovation in the Facility Management sector.

The selected candidate must be able:

Project / Practice Management

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client.
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on the project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Monitors and reports on project progress, including identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.
• Ensures quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manages project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Project Accounting

• Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for projects.

Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

Skills and Experience:

• Engineering Degree from a recognized school or university. Minimum 10 years of building and camp maintenance management experience.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
