Collaboration and Cross-Functional Engagement:
Work closely with TESS internal Business Operations, Customer Excellence, and Service Delivery teams as well as Business Unit teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Contribute to pre-project delivery activities, including solution design, proposal development, and feasibility assessments.
Represent the project management function in cross-functional meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance assessments to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain documentation and reporting structures to track project success and areas for enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of experience in project management, consulting, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) or relevant industry certifications preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or equivalent.
