Your Contribution to Our Growth

Join an exciting and fast-growing cryptocurrency company as a Project Manager in Dubai, where you’ll play a key role in driving regional project delivery and ensuring seamless technical implementations. In this dynamic position, you’ll work closely with our global teams—product, solution design, and implementation—to meet client needs, gather requirements, and deliver innovative software and trading solutions. You'll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and in line with UAE operations and compliance standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for fintech and project delivery.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, track client onboarding, assess change requests, and contribute to solution designs. You will regularly communicate project updates, risks, and issues with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our global Product and Technology teams to help deliver regional projects
• Oversee the delivery of multiple regional projects of varying sizes from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and successful completion, in line with UAE Operations and Compliance driven requirements
• Gather requirements, clarify client needs, and articulate requirements through user stories to ensure product solutions meet client needs
• Regularly engage with management and sales teams, and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, risks, and issues
• Collaborate with business, sales, operations and marketing
• Track and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients
• Identify and assess client change requests, evaluate impact, and prioritize implementation
• Contribute to solution designs
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, status reports, and change requests

We’d Love to See

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a product/project management role within the financial technology industry, preferably in capital markets trading
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
• A good understanding of financial markets, trading services, and related software solutions
• Team player with a positive attitude with capacity to work in an unstructured work environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PM tools (eg. Atlassian, Notion, Confluence) and data analysis tools (eg. SQL, Tableau)
• Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus
