Project Manager

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Based in our Dubai office, this role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects across departments.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.

• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.

• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency on project status, risks, and changes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration between departments.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Prepare regular status reports and present results to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.

• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) managing projects, preferably in financial or consulting services.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
