About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a prominent developer in Dubai on a secondment basis. This is an opportunity to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex heavy infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders and contractors, while upholding strict timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the execution of major heavy infrastructure projects, focusing on site logistics, on-time delivery, and quality control.
2. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between multiple teams, including contractors, consultants, and developers.
3. Drive the project forward, maintaining a results-oriented, hands-on approach to all stages of delivery.
4. Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met without compromising on quality or safety standards.
5. Proactively identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
6. Maintain detailed project documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders and the developer’s senior management team.

Requirements:

1. A civil engineering degree or equivalent
2. A proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with experience in both delivery and site logistics within the UAE.
3. Strong leadership skills, capable of driving teams to achieve challenging objectives within tight timeframes.
4. Exceptional interface management abilities, with the experience to handle complex multi-stakeholder environments.
5. A robust, hands-on management style that ensures no detail is overlooked.
6. A proactive problem-solver who is prepared to tackle issues head-on and keep the project moving forward.
