Project Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in Dubai, with a focus on events and shows.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in aviation is a plus but not necessary.

Preference: Experience in project management in Dubai + events/shows. Aviation is a Plus but not necessary.

Salary Range: 15-20

Urgency: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of air shows and large-scale events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are on track and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, problem-solve, and make decisions to ensure the successful outcome of projects.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
