Project Manager

Arcot Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our project management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team members and third-party contractors, and ensuring that all project requirements are met. You will also actively manage stakeholder expectations and foster a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

1. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
2. Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
3. Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
4. Monitoring project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
5. Identifying and managing project risks to minimize impact
6. Communicating project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders regularly
7. Leading project meetings and discussions, ensuring clarity and accountability
8. Overseeing project budgets and ensuring financial objectives are met

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or a similar role
3. Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software
4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities
5. Proficient in developing project budgets, timelines, and resource plans
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
