Title: Project Manager

Job Requirement:

KBR is looking for a Project Manager with Gas Processing experience to be based in Abu Dhabi Site for a PMC EPC project.

Experience required:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering is a must.
2. Minimum of 20+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
3. Experience in Gas Processing Plants (gas compression, sweetening, dehydration, NGL recovery, utilities) is required.
4. At least five (5) years of experience in a similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
5. Site Construction experience is a must.
6. Direct and manage the project team including multidiscipline team during project phases in a manner that achieves project requirements for safety, engineering, quality, schedule, and cost management in line with the signed Agreement and as set by Company.
7. Manage and lead the project team during the project stages.
8. Assess qualifications and competencies for recruitment of project staff and ensure that Contractor/consultant deploys the right quality of personnel at the right time for the required duration.
9. Manage coordination with stakeholders and partners engaged in the project.
10. Monitor project planning and maintain a detailed project plan.
11. Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
12. Record and manage project issues and escalate where necessary.
13. Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary.
14. Manage Contractor/Consultant input and ensure costs are within the defined budget.
15. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the project meets business needs.
16. Ensure that all actions, works, and services are in accordance with the contract and within cost and schedule targets.
17. Ensure compliance with Company's objectives, requirements, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by Company.
18. Manage the technical bid evaluation process during the bidding phase.
19. Evaluate the project management portion of the technical bids and provide input for selection of the shortlisted contractor.
20. PMC experience is an added advantage.
21. Middle East experience required.
