We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. The ideal candidate for this position is an Indian national with a strong background in project management and experience working in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
4. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
5. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery of projects
6. Facilitate meetings and lead discussions to drive decision-making and problem-solving
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
8. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in project management role
3. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Biometric passport is required for this position
