Hendren Associates Architects and Planners is an architectural and development consulting firm working primarily in the private sector on residential and commercial buildings with an emphasis on planning, land use analysis, building design, and project management.

A small to mid-size architectural firm with a diverse practice is seeking a Project Manager with 8-10 years of design and construction documentation experience. The candidate must have a good design sense and be able to produce construction documents for steel frame and multiple story wood frame buildings. Our projects include office buildings, mixed-use urban in-fill, residential apartments, and mill building renovations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch-Up is required; Revit is a plus but not required. The position offers $45/hour to start with flexible working hours.
