A small to mid-size architectural firm with a diverse practice is seeking a Project Manager with 8-10 years of design and construction documentation experience. The candidate must have a good design sense and be able to produce construction documents for steel frame and multiple story wood frame buildings. Our projects include office buildings, mixed-use urban in-fill, residential apartments, and mill building renovations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch-Up is required; Revit is a plus but not required. The position offers $45/hour to start with flexible working hours.
