We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and an attested degree from the Abu Dhabi Municipality. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project flow.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet municipal and safety standards and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, controlling costs while maintaining the quality of work.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and update stakeholders on project status.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and additional costs.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Attested by the Abu Dhabi Municipality)
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and CAD software.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and Abu Dhabi Municipality standards.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
