Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects for ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project execution, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This is a project-based role requiring strong leadership, technical acumen, and deep knowledge of the oil and gas sector in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ADNOC-related projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to all project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure the efficient execution of project activities.
• Develop and implement project plans, including detailed schedules, cost estimates, and performance metrics.
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are maintained and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to achieve project deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control through efficient use of resources.
• Facilitate communication with ADNOC stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC’s safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety and quality assurance.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and high performance across all phases of the project.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the oil, gas, or energy sectors, specifically with ADNOC projects.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ADNOC’s project management systems, workflows, and standards.
• Strong experience managing large, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and industry standards in the oil and gas sector.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
