Job Description

• Project Management & Delivery:
• Lead the implementation of E-Promise solutions from initiation through to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and track progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage scope, risks, and resources effectively.
• Provide leadership and direction to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams for all implementation-related matters.
• Manage customer expectations, ensuring alignment on project deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and issues.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
• System Integration & Configuration:
• Oversee the configuration of the E-Promise platform to meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems, ensuring data flows and functionality are as expected.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Process Optimization & Best Practices:
• Continuously analyze implementation processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implementation workflows.
• Share knowledge, insights, and best practices across teams to improve project efficiency.
• Training & Support:
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the E-Promise solution.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring clients are satisfied with the system's performance.
• Coordinate with the customer support team to address and resolve any operational issues after the solution goes live.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Monitor the performance of the implemented E-Promise system, tracking KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reports to leadership on project status, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or implementation management.
• Experience with E-Promise systems.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and support functions.
• Skills:
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements quickly.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience with implementation tools and software (JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.) is a plus.
