Issue RFI to contractors upon coordination with PM’s
Preparation of Bill of Quantities
Estimating and cost control
Interpreting specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents
Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates
Managing and supervising Tender / Quantity Surveyor Department and planning and programming workload
Job Skills and Qualification
Proven 4-5 years in Hospitality interiors, Fit outs and Restaurant Projects, or fit-out and joinery refurbishments experience as Estimator or similar role
Aptitude in understanding the projects and its requirements
Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other avenues
Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production timeline
