Experience: Proven 4-5 years in Hospitality interiors, Fit outs, and Restaurant Projects, or fit-out and joinery refurbishments experience as Estimator or similar role.
Aptitude: Understanding the projects and its requirements.
Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other avenues.
Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production timeline.
