Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Engineer (Road & Infra) to join our team! In this role, you will get to manage road and infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to budgets, and timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and overseeing construction activities.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Oversee the complete lifecycle of road and infrastructure projects, from design and planning to construction and handover.
2. Track project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure objectives are met and take corrective actions as needed.
3. Verify that all project activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
4. Oversee construction processes and site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
5. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, preventing project delays or cost overruns.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

1. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, road design, and infrastructure construction methods.
2. Proven ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, with a focus on achieving results on time and within budget.
