Job Opportunity: Project Engineer - Ground Improvement

Our client is a large construction company currently looking for a Project Engineer - GI who will be responsible for ground improvement activities such as stone columns and vibro compaction, specifically for an Abu Dhabi position that reports to and is supervised by the Divisional Manager - GI.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Daily operations, Project & Team Management for ground improvement works.
2. Responsible for running daily site operations of ground improvement works.
3. Organizing & supervising construction teams, not limited to ground improvement but also including foundation engineering, slope stability, anchoring & grouting works.
4. Daily, weekly & monthly reporting of work progress.
5. Responsible for recording & invoicing work executed.
6. Maintaining existing client relations and developing new business.
7. Support design team when required.
8. Manage delivery of projects and staff resources to meet workload.
9. Ensure that technical checks and reviews of designs are carried out.
10. Assist with the professional development of junior staff.
