Project Engineer (Construction)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in managing construction projects, with a focus on ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety. The successful candidate will work primarily on the construction site and will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations and progress of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the overall construction process from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including managing subcontractors, labor, and materials.
3. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
4. Regularly report progress to upper management, identifying any risks or delays.
5. Resolve any site-specific issues, ensuring effective communication between teams.
6. Oversee procurement and management of construction materials and equipment.
7. Handle project documentation and support client communication as necessary.

Requirements:

1. At least 7 years of proven experience in construction project management.
2. Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and safety regulations.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
5. Hands-on experience and the willingness to work on-site regularly, providing direct supervision of day-to-day activities.
6. Ability to identify and address potential risks and problems on the construction site.
7. Ability to follow 6/1 schedule.
