Job Description

• Plan, organize, and manage project phases, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Prepare project reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor site teams to achieve project goals.
• Address and resolve high-level technical and operational challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, PMP
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and quality control processes.
• Strong financial and contractual acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
