Job Description
- Plan, organize, and manage project phases, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor site teams to achieve project goals.
- Address and resolve high-level technical and operational challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, PMP
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and quality control processes.
- Strong financial and contractual acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources.
- Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
