Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and documents.
