Project Director - Rig Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a multidisciplinary Project Management Team (PMT) across all project lifecycle phases.
2. Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and corporate integrity standards.
3. Collaborate closely with internal departments to align on budgets, resources, and business development opportunities.
4. Oversee tender preparation, techno-commercial proposals, and risk management initiatives.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with rig owners, shipyards, and other stakeholders.
6. Champion standardized project management processes and tools, including the APEX digital platform.

What We're Looking For:

1. 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas service industry or with drilling contractors.
2. Proven success in 5+ years of project management with leading drilling contractors.
3. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. PMP certification is advantageous.
5. A proactive, goal-driven professional who thrives in high-pressure environments.
