Job description
- Developing, updating, and ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures specific to the project.
- Adopting operational plans and annual budget estimates for project activities.
- Adopting and monitoring the implementation of initiatives and project plans.
- Developing, monitoring, and adopting performance indicators for implementing the operational plan, initiatives, and projects.
- Contributing to feasibility studies for strategic projects and final negotiations with clients.
- Developing project strategy, defining objectives and desired outcomes.
- Planning and scheduling activities and efficiently allocating resources to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Managing and directing various work teams towards achieving goals.
- Monitoring project progress and updating timelines, financial reports, other reports, and performance indicators.
- Controlling potential risks and issues and taking corrective measures when necessary.
- Complying with relevant local and international laws and regulations related to the project.
- Evaluating and continuously improving performance and applying effective project management techniques.
- Approving department payments according to the approved budget.
- Guiding project execution methods in an innovative manner to reduce execution costs.
- Reviewing and ensuring the quality of work on completed projects before final delivery.
- Preparing regular reports on project activities.
- Providing training, guidance, and support to project staff to ensure target achievement and continuous improvement.
- Performing any other tasks assigned to the project within its jurisdiction.
