PROJECT DIRECTOR - CIVIL

Required urgently for a reputed High Rise Building Construction Company in UAE:

Qualifications:

1. Civil / Architecture Engineering qualified
2. Over 20 years proven experience in managing major high rise building projects in UAE & GCC
3. Strong technical, commercial, and contractual background
4. Expertise in cost, revenue, quality, safety, and construction project management from start to finish

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the projects and directly managing consultants and contractors engaged in the design and build process.
2. Validate project plans, budgets, performance status, forecast, trends, risks, and key decisions.
3. Provide management and oversight of the project by ensuring that all objectives are being achieved including those related to cost, schedule, safety, quality, technology, security, logistics, and sustainability.
4. Excellent coordination skills and team management.
