Directs and manages the entire project, provides guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and serves as the primary liaison between AECOM, clients, consultants, and contractors.
Overall responsibility and management of the project including, but not limited to, initial budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, execution, and contract(s) closeout. Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design, and/or construction management activities, external project consultants, and personnel under individual’s direction on a day-to-day basis.
Accountable for all facets of the project in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
To act as the FIDIC Engineer/Contract Administrator on the project at the post-contract stage. To have sound contract administration knowledge on various contracts.
Management of AECOM’s internal team and deliverables as the client liaison.
Creating relevant workstreams and finding innovative solutions to problems.
Organizing, attending, and chairing relevant meetings.
Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Works as an integral part of the site construction team at the project as delineated by the applicable company project execution plans and procedures.
