Project Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects by analyzing project plans, specifications, and materials.
2. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for fit-out projects, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
3. Cost Tracking: Regularly monitor project costs, track variances, and provide early identification of potential cost overruns.
4. Forecasting: Provide accurate financial forecasts and reports to assist in decision-making and project planning.
5. Vendor and Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms, minimizing project costs without compromising quality.
