Coordinate with Contractors and Clients: Act as the liaison between technical contractors and site owners to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Manage installation schedules ensuring alignment between contractors' availability and project timelines.
Create Quotations and Contracts: Prepare detailed quotations for clients ensuring they reflect accurate pricing, product selection, and scope of work. Draft and manage contracts in compliance with company policies.
Presales Support: Assist the sales team in presales activities by providing necessary technical and logistical information to clients, helping secure new business opportunities.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and problem-solving throughout the installation and project lifecycle.
Project Documentation: Maintain organized records of project details, contracts, quotes, and communications with clients and contractors.
Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the smart homes (Home Automation) or tech industry.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics).
Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications will be considered a valuable asset and will significantly enhance the candidate's qualifications.
Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of Smart Homes technologies and installation processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with creating quotes and managing contracts. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Sales and marketing exposure is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
