Job description
Job Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Provide expert consultancy services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients, delivering insights and actionable solutions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish, French, Arabic, and English-speaking clients and team members.
Translate project documents and communication materials between Arabic, French, Spanish, and English.
Ensure clear and effective communication among all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Prepare and deliver regular project reports, proposals, and presentations in both languages.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Support team members in understanding and executing project tasks, offering guidance and support as needed.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Consultant, or similar role.
Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, French, and English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
This position may require occasional travel to client sites.
Flexible working hours to accommodate communication with international teams and clients.
