We are looking to hire a Project Manager into our sister concern, SEE&G Advisory (https://seegadvisory.com).

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of our key projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing multiple priorities. You will work closely with our leadership team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely execution.
  2. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  3. Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align on deliverables.
  5. Support the implementation of project management best practices and process improvements.
  6. Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  7. Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships as needed.
  8. Efficiently track, manage, and follow up on sustainability and ESG-related data from multiple sources.
  9. Skilled in developing well-structured sustainability and ESG proposals, including defining project scope, methodology, and deliverables.
  10. Strong analytical and writing skills to prepare high-quality ESG and sustainability reports aligned with industry best practices.

Knowledge and Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within consulting or HR services.
  3. Familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, GHG Protocol, etc.).
  4. Knowledge of sustainability reporting.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
  8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Quick learner with the ability to understand new sustainability concepts, tools, and frameworks.
  10. Confidence with preparing and delivering presentations for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
