Project Coordinator

An international and highly reputable consultancy has an immediate requirement for a Project Coordinator to work on hospitality projects in Dubai.

The Project Coordinator’s core function is to act as a facilitator in a coordination role between the design consultant teams, client, client representatives (including PM), and construction site teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Design Manager in coordination of project with all stakeholders.
2. Provide the single point of contact for each design consultant and act as facilitator for the resolution of internal conflicts and problem areas.
3. Fee Proposal preparation, QA & QC audits, procedural writing, etc.
4. Facilitate the implementation of all required schedules and log records for use in managing, tracking, coordination, reporting and record-keeping.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role you should have a background in design, planning and project coordination and 8+ years’ experience. The chosen individual must have impeccable communication skills.
