Job description

Office Management

  1. Manage the General Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and keeping track of deadlines and important events.
  2. Arrange travel and accommodation for the ME General Manager, as needed.
  3. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including arranging meeting rooms, preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing meeting materials.
  4. Conduct research and prepare reports for the ME General Manager, as required.
  5. Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  6. Organize events, which may include planning and executing company events, conferences, birthdays, welcoming new employees, seminars, etc.
  7. Undertake any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the Dubai office.
  8. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  9. Welcoming new team members (furniture, computer sessions and equipment, telephone, office, etc.)

Internal Communication & Events

  1. Work closely with ME General Manager & HR Manager to develop and execute an internal communication strategy.
  2. Craft compelling and engaging content for internal communications: announcements, memos, presentations, articles, and others.
  3. Ensure transversal initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.
  4. Support the communication plan for the development of a strong employer brand and company culture.
  5. Guarantee alignment between external and internal communication, to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to communication across the organization in HQ and in the Middle East.

Projects Supervisor

  1. Ad-hoc participation in transversal projects (events, seminars, in-store events).
  2. HR projects and missions (recruitment, employee onboarding).

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  1. Graduated from a business school or equivalent university.
  2. One successful experience in project management (internship or employment contract).
  3. Interest in the watches and jewelry sector.
  4. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  5. Capacity of being organized and demanding.
  6. Dynamic, pro-active, and structured.
