Job description
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and business strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and suppliers, to drive project success.
  • Problem-Solving and Initiative: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve challenges. Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage project financials, including preparing and tracking invoices, monitoring costs, and contributing to change order management.
  • Technology Proficiency: Leverage expertise in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to efficiently manage project data and tasks.
  • Monitoring, Reporting, and Communication: Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments, analyzing key metrics to optimize project delivery. Prepare and present high-quality project reports, including progress, financial, and executive summaries, to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, change orders, and meeting minutes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the pipeline industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex pipeline projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
