Project Coordinator

Oil and Gas experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Focal point of contact for all Manpower Services Division employees for all operational requirements.
2. Responsible for all in-country movements by coordinating with customers, internal stakeholders, employees, drivers, etc., in accordance with the operational requirements.
3. Support in the process for new application renewals, maintain records, and track optima cards, third-party training records, port passes, and any other documents related to customer requirements.
4. Support to maintain the tracker for PPE issuance for each employee and request procurement for issuance in accordance with contractual requirements.
5. Support to maintain the tracker for site-specific medical and request the concerned service providers for appointments in accordance with the expiry of medical.
6. Support governance structures for existing contracts.
7. Assist the Division in day-to-day administration and management of the business operational activities.
8. Collaborate with related stakeholders as required.
9. Develop familiarity with Manpower concepts, practices, and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Personal Attributes/Experience:

1. An energetic, forward-thinking, and proactive individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
2. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi), Microsoft Excel, numeracy skills, and UAE experience are essential.
3. Positive attitude supported by integrity, honesty, and hard work.
