Project Control Officer
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Planning & Control Manager, coaching and mentoring to learn about Planning & Control functions.
- Learn software solutions for planning, e.g., Primavera, Excel templates, etc.
- Compile project data and maintain registers and dashboards.
- Learn SharePoint accessibility and local folders, and maintain Planning & Control documents and folders.
- Get familiar with project management knowledge and complete.
- Support services tasks such as preparing presentations and project weekly minutes of meetings as required.
- Follow up with Planning Engineers for the latest updates on project progress and update the tracker.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.

- Fresh graduate or 1 year or less experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to learn and motivated.
