Position Overview:

Project Control Manager is responsible for efficiently monitoring and controlling all aspects of a project, including scope, cost, time, and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage project control tools and software like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
2. Oversee financial and cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methods.
3. Create and maintain project schedules, identifying project milestones.
4. Assess and mitigate project risks.
5. Communicate effectively with clients and teams, providing leadership across projects.
6. Identify issues and determine effective solutions to ensure project success.
7. Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee project execution.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Construction Management); Master's Degree (optional).
2. Work Experience: 5-10 years in project management or project control roles, with industry-specific experience preferred.
3. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Agile or Scrum Certification (optional), Scheduling certifications.
4. Other Qualities: Strong analytical skills, ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, knowledge of industry-specific regulations, high professionalism and accountability.
