4. Closely work with Product and Sales/Business team.
5. Treat customers with high dignity and attain respect, ensuring simple transition and delivery to set business goals.
6. Add consultation revenue from the customer as add-on services.
7. Background in Engineering, Finance and Management level.
8. Sound Knowledge in Software, Hardware, and networking.
9. Ability to manage the top customer representatives and department heads.
10. Hardworking, disciplined and time managed.
11. Ability to handle all challenges with respect and show patience and perseverance to achieve goals.
