Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Vision and Scope:
    • Define the overall vision, goals, and objectives of the project.
    • Develop and communicate the project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring their needs are met.
    • Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust project priorities as needed.
  3. Prioritization and Roadmap:
    • Prioritize project tasks and features based on business value and strategic importance.
    • Create and maintain a project roadmap that outlines timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  4. Decision Making:
    • Make key decisions related to project direction, scope changes, and resource allocation.
    • Approve project deliverables, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon criteria and quality standards.
  5. Collaboration with Project Team:
    • Work closely with the Project Leader and project team to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
    • Provide clear and actionable requirements to the project team, ensuring they have the necessary information to execute the project.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor project progress against the defined goals and objectives.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and achievements.

Skills:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide project teams toward achieving common goals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the project domain.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance stakeholder needs and project constraints.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Decision-Making: Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and navigate challenging situations.
  • Technology: Proficiency in project management software and tools and familiarity with software development and IT infrastructure.
  • Ecommerce Platform Experience
