Project Assistant Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Must be qualified/certified in an Engineering background
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Engineering field
• Experience in retrofit/refurbishment projects
• Inspirational leader
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
• Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently
• Ability to use common tools
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient user in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and similar software such as BIM, AutoCAD
• Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with CMMS Systems such as MAXIMO, CAFM, ACONEX or similar software
• BIM management experience
• Ability to apply Project Management codes and UAE standards
• 2-3 years experience in an Assistant Manager role
