Essential:

  • Must be qualified/certified in an Engineering background
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Engineering field
  • Experience in retrofit/refurbishment projects
  • Inspirational leader
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards
  • Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently
  • Ability to use common tools
  • Ability to understand and follow directions as given
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and similar software such as BIM, AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Desirable:

  • AUTOCAD
  • CMMS System experience such as MAXIMO, CAFM, ACONEX, or similar software
  • BIM management
  • Ability to apply Project Management codes and UAE standards
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager role
  • Document control experience
  • MEP knowledge/experience
