Job DescriptionEssential:- Must be qualified/certified in an Engineering background
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Engineering field
- Experience in retrofit/refurbishment projects
- Inspirational leader
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently
- Ability to use common tools
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and similar software such as BIM, AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Desirable:- AUTOCAD
- CMMS System experience such as MAXIMO, CAFM, ACONEX, or similar software
- BIM management
- Ability to apply Project Management codes and UAE standards
- 2-3 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager role
- Document control experience
- MEP knowledge/experience
