Project Architect (Supervision Consultants)

One Works is looking for a talented Project Architect to join our Team in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Architect (Supervision Team)
• Responsible for overseeing architectural aspect of the airport development project to ensure it meets client requirements and expectations.
• Based in the project site office for an airport terminal expansion project in the UAE.
• Responding to RFI, reviewing shop drawings, attending to design issues, coordinating with design team and client’s team
• Site inspection of contractor works
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary consulting team
• Ensuring Contractor meets their obligations and client requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 2 years Minimum relevant Experience in Airport Projects
• 10 years Minimum Post Graduate Professional Experience
• Experience in the role of Project Supervision Architect for large scale and complex building or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Drafting and Design software, minimum Autodesk Revit.
• Professional working proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Can independently resolve design related issues and site related issues
• Experience in projects in GCC and available to be mobilised at short notice is preferable
