Job description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial development initiatives for clients, conducting comprehensive market research, and organizing B2B meetings and trade delegations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Development:
    1. Engage with leads and clients to explore and assess their potential in desired markets.
    2. Compile and manage lists of potential business partners for clients in the region.
    3. Conduct discussions with management of contacted companies to present and discuss client propositions.
    4. Coordinate with decision-makers via various platforms (email, phone) to explore business opportunities.
    5. Identify potential distributors, resellers, business partners, or decision-makers to enhance clients' businesses.

  2. Market Research:
    1. Understand clients' needs to facilitate required market studies.
    2. Gather and collate valuable information based on client requirements.
    3. Conduct market surveys and disseminate them to local targeted companies to ensure efficient and accurate results.
    4. Analyze relevant data strategically to improve clients' marketing and sales initiatives.
    5. Interpret large quantities of data across industries and communicate findings to the team and clients.
    6. Conduct market research in various sectors including sports, furniture, tableware, sensors, standard sand, cosmetics, gardening, home improvements, real estate, railway track components, etc.

  3. B2B Meeting and Trade Delegation Coordination:
    1. Manage and coordinate various delegations across different sectors (e.g., French Cosmetic Companies, European Light Companies from France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Moroccan Government, South Korean Companies from different sectors, French real estate investors, European Food Companies).
    2. Identify potential customers or partners for clients and arrange B2B meetings.
    3. Coordinate the needs and requirements of local companies with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or commercial development setting.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, commercial development, and market research.
