Job Description

Strategic and Technical Advisory:

1. Provide expert guidance on strategy, experience development, operations, and expansion.
2. Advise the Executive Director of Special Project & Partnerships (SPP) on critical decisions to ensure long-term goals and sustainability.

Information And Insight Management

1. Ensure the Executive Director has timely access to relevant and accurate information.
2. Offer data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.

Coordination And Collaboration

1. Facilitate clear communication and alignment between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
2. Support cross-functional collaboration for effective program implementation and expansion.

Risk Management And Problem Solving

1. Monitor progress, identify potential risks or delays, and provide mitigation strategies.
2. Address operational roadblocks with solutions to improve governance, efficiency, and resource allocation.

Continuous Improvement And Innovation

1. Refine strategy, programs, and operational frameworks.
2. Identify opportunities for innovation and best practices to enhance impact and effectiveness.
